2. Scope and purposes of processing

We process personal data provided voluntarily, in particular through the contact form on orchestralconcept.com (name, e-mail address, phone, message) and in connection with the use of the zmconcept.com online store, for the following purposes:

• handling enquiries and preparing offers – Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR,
• performance of sales contracts and orders – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
• accounting and tax obligations – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR,
• establishing, pursuing and defending claims – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• analytics and marketing – based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where consent has been given.
